The mobile app
The Riza Queen app shows the same shop and orders from it directly. Nothing passes through an intermediate server, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Kept on your device only: the size you saved, your wishlist, the app’s language and the display mode. These are never sent to us, and deleting the app removes them.
Kept in your device’s secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android): your sign-in token if you created an account, and the secret we give your device when you ask to be told a size is back or when you follow an order. The second is what identifies your device instead of your phone number, so that somebody who knows your number cannot see what you are waiting for or cancel it.
Sent to us: your order details (name, phone, address and city) so we can prepare and deliver it, and your phone number if you asked to be notified about a size.
Email is optional. If you leave the field blank the app generates an address from your phone number on the domain app.riza-store.com, because the shop’s system needs one to create an order. That address does not receive mail and is not used to contact you.
Notifications: what we tell you — your order’s status, and a size you were waiting for coming back — is recorded on our side and read by the app when you open it. The app does not currently use Google’s or Apple’s push services, and no identifier is sent to either.
The app does not ask for your location, camera, photos or contacts, and carries no advertising identifier.
Deleting your account: Account → “Delete my account” inside the app. Details at riza-store.com/account-deletion
